EAP Application Filing Periods

  • Once you have decided which EAP program you want to apply for, you must complete an EAP New Applicant Profile online.  It takes only a few minutes to create a Profile.
  • Upon completion of a Profile, you will receive a one-page PDF program-specific EAP Application Checklist and Instructions.  Read all instructions on your checklist carefully.   
  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis within each Application Filing Period. Selections are made on a first-come, first-served basis for qualified students with complete applications.
