Get Started on your application...

• Once you have decided which EAP program you want to apply for, you must complete an EAP New Applicant Profile online. It takes only a few minutes to create a Profile.
• Upon completion of a Profile, you will receive a one-page PDF of your program-specific EAP Application Checklist and Instructions.  Read all instructions on your checklist carefully. Don't Rush. Mistakes will cost you time and frustration.
• Applications are accepted and approved on a rolling basis, within the Application Filing Period. Selections are made on a first-come, first-served basis for qualified students with complete applications.
