We recommend you thoroughly research the University of California Admissions page for international students. This page explains the admissions process in detail.
I-20s or DS-2019s are issued by the appropriate Admissions Office. These documents are necessary for international students to receive a visa and to enter the U.S. You must be officially admitted to UCSC before you are issued an I-20 or DS-2019.
UCSC admissions procedures differ for undergraduates and graduate students.
Undergraduate students should review the Undergraduate Admissions web site for information.
